Describe the feature request

The open discussions from #329

If we need to support traversal back 64 (configuable?) blocks for l1 inclusion block number.
Pros: no worries on l1 inc block, neat API
Cons: more network accessings, little bit complex to raiko
Use sol!(ABI, "abi.json") instead of copy solidity code into sol!()
