Right toolbar flickers/disappears when open and scrolling down or up the page. #1

Go to homepage, open right panel, scroll down. It disappears in Chrome and then when you scroll back up, it flickers.

this goes away when you remove the TranslateX from the main body wrapper. (which means the body won't slide left/right)
