Ingredients
3 large eggs
Salt
Pepper
1 tablespoon butter or oil

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them well.
Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Place a non-stick skillet or frying pan over medium heat.
Add the butter or oil and let it melt, Pour the beaten eggs into the pan.
Let them cook undisturbed for about 30 seconds to 1 minute
