Address mode counter increments are signed values

Increments for srcA, srcB and dest specified in address modes are treated as signed values in hardware, documentation should be updated to reflect this and type of Increment field should be changed to int8 for src registers and int16 for dest registers (as dest registers have 10bits for increment field.
