Port 5000 is in use by MacOS feature "AirPlay Receiver". This port value can be a variable and can be passed from outside.

had this issue on my mac, see
https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/682332
on how to turn it off... quite bold of MacOS developers.... Python Flask devs Fuming !
