Now it shows a dot for GOG games if updates field is greater than 0.
For now it just shows indicator and does nothing. Game info is cached and not updated automatically. I may implement automatic info update in future. There's no way now to update info manually or clear cache for game.
It's also not possible now to run updated installer when game is already installed.

@tkashkin - Hate to bring up an old topic, but I have been using some Windows games in GameHub via Proton and noticed the one I am in right now (Disco Elysium) has an update with the dot next to it. How do I update my currently installed game? Is there an option to update in the settings that I am missing or do I have to download the patch .exe automatically and find a way for Gamehub to update the installed game with that?
