Checking the office version is a little slow as it needs to call a COM object and load.

Maybe cache each day. Reload if a new day just incase a new version of office has een loaded. Maybe indicate that office version is cached.

Not sure if this is neccessary.

Couold cache for help but reload if docto -h is specifically called
