New CDN.

Describe your setup?

Found by examining the Launcher.exe using Resource Monitor.

DNS Configuration

Current known hostnames:

map1.hwcdn.net
map2.hwcdn.net
map3.hwcdn.net
map4.hwcdn.net
@unspec unspec added the new-cdn Issues related to adding a new CDN label Feb 22, 2020
