安卓版聚合版离线推送不成功！ #13

使用的是最新的聚合版sdk,在华为P9 plus和小米5s plus都不成功，在华为G7-UL20是可以收到离线推送的。

我反而在华为里收不到，小米能收到。小米推送有可能有延迟，换个机器测试一下。另外，可以贴一下华为推送的注册服务相关代码给我参考一下吗？谢谢
