Describe the bug
There are 3 warnings upon my GitHub actions of Upptime, one of them is Node.js 12, and another one didn't happen on other upptime repos.

The `save-state` command is deprecated and will be disabled soon. Please upgrade to using Environment Files. For more information see: https://github.blog/changelog/2022-10-11-github-actions-deprecating-save-state-and-set-output-commands/

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to my status repo's Actions tab, esp. this one since this shows a reject but still "success"; I've generated another token with workflows + repo but still no use.
2. Click on one of the actions build log
3. Scroll down to Annotation
4. See error

Expected behavior
No warnings, or only Node 12 warnings.

Manually changed all these workflow files. Seems like it stops to upgrade itself at a point, and I've manually upgraded.
