version comparing improvement

right now the bot parses two versions using semver and then figures out if there is some work to be done

if the comparison fails, how about if we controlled bot by labels or comments?

e. g. we could a comment or a label saying /release which would tell bot to do a release

what do you guys think?

I think the bot should be talkative and more intelligent. It should check the commits after the last release and if there are new commits it should ask the user that there are updates but the version seems incorrect would u like to force release? And may be we can also update that in the cli with — force
