Generic interface for maintainers to package their projects in various formats

I'm seeking a good idea for my GSoC proposal + #115

The suggestion is to create a generic interface for the maintainer to add a method
by which r-bot can use a pre-existing build system and packager to package the
monitored projects in whatever format (RPM, Deb, Flatpak, etc…) the maintainer wants.

Wow, this sounds really interesting. We would need to know more details on how would this work: requirements, workflow and expectation. Feel free to include those in your GSoC proposal.
