[FeatureReq] Option to keep 'Capture input devices' OFF when entering full screen.

i would like to please ask for for the option to disable 'Capture input devices' from ever turning on automatically.

just as it was annoying to whoever posted #5514 ,
its extremely annoying and messing up my setup all the time that this setting turns on when i constantly putting a VM as its own screen in mission control.

so correct me if im wrong, but i couldn't find anywhere to disable that,
if thats really the case, please add the option in settings to disable that automatic behavement...

and in general, for future reference i suggest that when you add something that fiddle automatically with the settings and options that are already provided to the user, make sure its an automatic behavement that can be disabled, at least thats the kind of mindset i usually personally expect for UX.
