Related to issue #22.
I am not sure about what should be the fraction of grid cells that is active for the couplings between OIFS and NEMO, but I think that for sending information from OIFS to RNFM this should be the land fraction (lsm), excluding both lakes and coastal areas.
The suggested modification allows to get the frc information in the masks.nc file just for the OpenIFS grid with masked sea.
