VK Google Job Posting Manager 設定の共通の求人項目が求人投稿ページのフォームに反映されていないようです
私としては

Custtom Field Builder の改修 (デフォルトの value をオプション値があるならそれを反映するように)
オプション値の構造を変更（ vkjpm_field[ 項目名 ] とか）

or

共通項目設定はなかったものにする
（共通で使い回せるのは会社名とロゴ（と住所）くらい？）
