People are confused about reclaimPV, thought in English, it means reuse. Actually, here it means more like putting away into your repository for future use.

enablePVReclaim will delete PVCs on pod deletion, so that the PVs can be used in the future manually. But customers thought by setting this param to true, relaunching a cluster after deleting it will reuse the same PVs automatically, which is not the case. Reusing PVs when relaunching a cluster requires PVCs not being deleted.
