encfs and sql ==> iCloud becomes crazy

Hi,
I try to use encfs for nearly a week on my icloud.
After reading about some issues with cloud use I set up a Standard-encryption and mount it with the option --nocache:
Build: encfs Version 1.9.5
Mounting-Command:
encfs --nocache /Users/XXX/Library/Mobile\ Documents/comappleCloudDocs/encdata/myDMS_S /Volumes/myDMS_S -o volname=myDMS -o modules=iconv,from_code=UTF-8-MAC,to_code=UTF-8

If I try to open my eaglefiler on the encfs-mount (Core Data SQL database) iCloud seems to "resets" the knowing of the whole icloud-files. It shows me that all 10GB of my whole icloud had to upload. After 10 minutes of syncing (without really uploading anything) the icloud-usage get´s back to zero.

(I also used boxcryptor in this way without any problems). Has anyone an idea what goes wrong and how I can fix this behaviour?
