About special characters in tag names | 关于题目标签名中的特殊字符

在给题目设置一个标签名含有空格的标签时，不会报错，并且在题目列表中也能正常显示。但是通过 https://vijos.org/d/xxxx/p/category/xxxx（xxxx 是该含有空格的标签名） 的方式访问含有该标签的题目时会显示 题库中没有题目 ，虽然我已经给一些题目加了该标签。

When setting a tag with a space in the tag name, no error will be reported, and it can also be displayed normally in the problem list. When accessing problems with this tag through https://vijos.org/d/yyyy/p/category/xxxx (xxxx is the name of the tag which contains a space) , it will display 题库中没有题目, although I have added this tag to some problems.

建议修复此问题或者在用户设置含有空格的标签时给出错误提示。
