Support for creating templates #264

Currently the module supports creating configuration files and patterns, but there's no specific support for creating templates that overwrite the mappings in an Elasticsearch index. As a workaround I declared them as patterns and the module stores them at /etc/logstash/patterns.
It would be nice creating another "define" for such files.
