Wrong service reload command on ubuntu 14.04 #89

On Ubuntu14.04 we use the wrong reload command. Currently hardcoded is upstart, but that isn't present in all 14.04 releases (or in none?). It should be changed to 'service' which wraps sysv or upstart.
