[Bug Report] v-progress-circular Content not centered

Environment

Vuetify Version: 2.0.3
Vue Version: 2.6.10
Browsers: Firefox 68.0, Google Chrome
OS: Mac OS 10.14

Steps to reproduce

Put any content inside the circular progress bar

Expected Behavior

The content of the progress bar is centered

Actual Behavior

The content is leaning towards the bottom of the inside of the progress bar and if the progress bar is inside a button it is leaning towards the right of the inside of the progress bar.
