Workerman-vmstats using Server Send Events version

Using SSE, as we only send data from the server to the browser.

Removed jquery, sugar.js and chroma.js.
Also reconnecting-websocket.js as SSE auto-reconnect.

That's a good idea, but due to limited energy this project is no longer planned for further updates.

The actual websocket version is in this repo.
And the SSE version will be in my fork. As an example of SSE use.
