There is a Gitter linked to from the README, but it doesn't have much traffic. All the Minecraft communities are on Discord. I've started a ScriptCraft Discord at https://discord.gg/KryYBV.

Anyone who uses Discord is welcome to join.

This will be useful, but will there be more channels other than the general chat?

This isn't an "issue", it's an announcement, which is better suited to the Google Group. It's certainly a good announcement, but it doesn't belong here. To keep this on topic, let's turn this into a request to add a note in the Help page about the resource. Within the next few days I'm creating a PR with docs from my old bad-zombie branch. I'll add a note to the Help page about the discord and ref this ticket. (I'm creating new branches for specific contributions, I will not be pulling from bad-zombie.)

On the other side of this, fragmentation of a small community is often as detrimental as it is helpful. Rather than having a small group in one place where everyone knows to go, the group has just a few people here, and another few there. Q&A isn't shared. The community remains small because anyone who visits one of the resources doesn't see a sizable enough group of contributors.

I'm not saying the Discord channel is bad. I'm just saying this project is in a fragile state and further fragmentation at this very moment is probably not as beneficial at this point in time as it could be when the project is more stable. But ... yeah, cool, let's do it.
