I use this action to build a solution file, which claims:

"D:\a\blogengine.net\blogengine.net\Source\BlogEngine\BlogEngine.sln" (default target) (1) ->
"D:\a\blogengine.net\blogengine.net\Source\BlogEngine\BlogEngine_NET.metaproj" (default target) (2) ->
(Build target) -> 
  D:\a\blogengine.net\blogengine.net\Source\BlogEngine\BlogEngine.NET\web.config(96): error ASPCONFIG: Could not load file or assembly 'System.Web.WebPages, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies.
