twitch was being twitchy today trying to use !artistlongbio on the band Sleeper. So clearly the "message is too big" bug is still there. (The bio was built and in the database so it is just a Twitch problem.)

Given for 5.0 I'm looking to upgrade to the new twitch API, I will likely not spend much time on this one for 4.xx
