  1. feat: Index Aware XPRVs 

    - add addition methods for XPRV import and export to keep track of the last internal and external wallet index used, so wallets can properly sync.

- the new external and internal indexes stored are u32 (4 bytes -> max value 4,294,967,295)

- add tests
