It seems that some upgradle1 in the past caused that we lost ability to debug and see JNI source codes in the IntelliJ project. The build process still works, but IDE simply doesn't know where to find a native source codes. This is quite frustrating.

I think it's time to migrate from makefiles to CMake.

Note 1: ugpradle - upgrade in the gradle files
