support ripping client servers

how do we copy rips to alexandria? do we write directly or not? current idea is that we distribute a user keytab and never join them to the freeipa domain.

then install pycdio via pip, clone whipper, checkout 0.7.0, and follow these instructions from whipper's readme:

sudo make install
