[Improvement] Consider Extended fee in price computation

Some nice additional feature is the ability to compute the price for a specific quantity and sort by price.
I think that the "Extended part" fee ($3) has to be added to the component price, so the sorting feature will really consider the final price.

One possibility is to include this feature as a configurable option, checked by default.
