Review position of help text on data entry screens

User story:

"As a user, I expect help text to be clear and easy to find so that I am supported to complete the data entry field"

Context

Task #1501 highlighted that guidance is displayed on the right hand side of the screen after the user clicks on "Help" underneath a data entry box, which is very easy for users to miss:

This looks to be true for many IATI Publisher data entry screens. There is also hover over guidance (via the ? symbols on the page), which is more intuitive to find in the interface but more technical in content.

Possible options (for discussion):

1. We display the yellow box text in a more intuitive place on screen (i.e. where the user clicks)
2. We display the text underneath the relevant data entry box so that it is visible without the user needing to click

Considerations:
