[Platform] Full move of the primary cluster should update the config of the replica cluster

When you do a full move of the primary cluster using Edit Universe, the primary cluster nodes will change. This change needs to be reflected in the replica cluster config so that the replica nodes can find the primary cluster masters and tservers.
