Describe the feature

Ctrl/Cmd + click functionality should work even in unfocused editors/terminals. You should be able to immediately click a file link in a terminal while the editor is focused. Currently (at least in Zed Dev 0.154.0) you have to first click into the editor before links are clickable or even register as clickable.
