Issue description

Documentation for zmq_connect mentions that for inproc:// transport zmq_bind() must happen before zmq_connect(). This limitation has been removed in 4.2.0.

Environment

  • libzmq 4.2.2
  • OS: Any

What's the expected result?

Documentation has to be updated,
