✨ Hi there & welcome ✨

  • I'm Iara Diamela Rodriguez (she/her), Biologist & Ph.D. student at Universidad Nacional de General Sarmiento (UNGS), Buenos Aires, Argentina. I belong to the Ecology and Complex Systems research group, or ECOmplex lab, like we like to call it.

  • I aim to disentangle some of the complexity of species interaction networks (like food webs), specially in high latitude marine ecosystems (Antarctic and sub-Antarctic). I apply ecological modelling tools to study the effects of climate change and anthropogenic disturbs in this communities.
