This is a Next.js project bootstrapped with create-next-app.
First, run the development server:
npm run dev
# or
yarn dev
# or
pnpm dev
# or
bun devOpen http://localhost:3000 with your browser to see the result.
You can start editing the page by modifying app/page.tsx. The page auto-updates as you edit the file.
This project uses next/font to automatically optimize and load Inter, a custom Google Font.

This is a basic task app,which has the following functions at the moment:
- Add the task
- Delete the task
- Check the task
- Uncheck the task
The entire application is made with nextjs and typescript,with shadcn used for styling the front-end. the back-end functionality is implemented with rest api in typescript. One of the merits of nextjs is the ease of back-end development.since the api folder is housed in the app folder.
Vercel postgres database is used for storing the data.
