OpenVR_FSR 2.0 with patch support for Half-Life: Alyx

This is a patched version of openvr_fsr_v2.0 that adds support for Half-Life: Alyx (and maybe other SteamVR games).

This was not throughly tested and has known issues. I make this code and DLL available in case anyone is interested in testing it and investigating the issues. Check out the original version and specially issue #55 for more details.
