- Allow WaitAndRetryForever to take error as input to sleepDurationProvider.
- Tidy up overloads where WaitAndRetry takes error as input to sleepDurationProvider.
- Tests on both.
Allow WaitAndRetryForever to take error as input to sleepDurationProvider. Tidy up other WaitAndRetry overloads. More tests.
Allow WaitAndRetry policies to calculate wait based on the handled fault
