Reverted PR: #25523
There is a strange problem related to the deletion of module
deploymentmanagerby #25523Because we can't reproduce this problem #25607 in our local environment, so we can't find the root cause of this problem in a short time.
I suggest that we revert the PR #25523 first to avoid some unknown impacts on customers
