Note: there is a breaking change flagged because I am removing a property between versions. This property, ElasticPoolId is always null and should not have been in the original versions of the API. Also, this API is read-only, so there is no worry of a GET then PUT scenario. Hoping ARM feedback can sign off on this check - please reach out if you need more context.
