[Communication Calling][1.6.0-beta.1][CSS reported] - Screen Orientation on Android is Inconsistent

ISSUE DESCRIPTION: Inconsistent Android phone screen orientation experience

We’ve noticed there is inconsistent Android phone experience as it relates to screen orientation while in an SDK session (azure-communications-calling version 1.6.0-beta.1). All devices mentioned below have been confirmed to be using Google Chrome.

Test #1
LG Aristo 5
Android v10
All other apps will automatically switch between portrait and landscape for the patient, SDK will not.
The patient cannot change screen orientation neither automatically or manually.

Test #2
Samsung Galaxy S9
Android v10
Automatically updates session to reflect portrait or landscape orientation.
Properly rotated video received in Teams on provider side.
Properly rotated video received in SDK session on patient side.

Test #3
Google Pixel 5a
Android v12
When phone is configured to manually rotate screen, provider sees patient’s video 90 degrees off

**When phone is configured to automatically rotate screen, the proper orientation is seen by the provider (Teams) and by the patient (SDK)

Browser: Chrome**

Expected behavior
Orientation would be consistent whether manual or automatic
