Testing instructions can be found here, and performance tests for already-GA'ed libraries can be found here.

Since testing the performance of long-running operations isn't very useful, we can probably focus on testing just the KeyVaultAccessControlClient. We can coordinate with the rest of the team to focus on the most relevant operations
