Hi All,

This PR moves documentation to the docs folder and introduces the usage of Restructured Text with the sphinx-php extension.

There is a example on http://boekkooi-besimplei18nroutingbundle.readthedocs.io/en/latest/index.html but since I don't have the rights to install the webhooks I hope @francisbesset or @jfsimon can give me a hand merging this change.

I hope every one likes the proposed docs and that we can merge then soon.

Cheers,
Warnar
