Challenge

There are two parts to this challenge.

  1. There are a number of Wikipedia pages that document New York City's government or elected officials. These pages need to be edited and/or updated. You can find a number of pages in this google spreadsheet. If you decided to edit other wikipedia pages, please add it to this list. We are tracking all wikipeda edits at this event.

  2. City Council and Community Boards need a reference site that explains data, tools, and digital practices. Our friends at OpenPlans have started this with a Community Board Tools Site. We have convinced OpenPlans to license the content under a Creative Commons BY license. Now, it is up to us to update the content for City Council Members and Community Boards. We have created this google spreadsheet to point you to every page that needs reviewed and updated.
