In preparation for replacing Model with ModelExperimental, some features were deprecated. See the following PRs:

These details should be removed in CesiumJS 1.97

Note, due to #10346 being soon, we figured it would be better to defer the removal of these deprecated features until after the 1.95 release.

In practice, we'll be removing the entirety of the old Model and renaming ModelExperimental -> Model so this deprecation removal is a bit irrelevant. But until then, I'll keep this issue open.
