Fix team routes

This ticket is a collection of tickets describing issues with routes related to teams. Each bullet should be it's own ticket (create a new issue).

• Include goal progress in GetTeam response

• Add team members to GetTeams response

Either include full member list or just member id

- Fix emailing for teams router

- Decide on validation for invite users route

- Create exception for transfer ownership

- Update UsersTeamsResponse to match spec

- Make sure all routes match spec (many don't).

This means either changing the spec or the route, not always one or the other.
