In this pull request we add scan error handling, better settings support, and more readable time estimates.
Previously scan errors crashed the server, so this is a major fix.
We added better settings support, previously floating point number inputs didn't work and a bunch of settable options weren't visible.
Added more readable time estimates for very long running scans.
