Before Robot Operation

Be aware the operation of any robotic hardware may result in injury, specifically the CSDA10F robot which is required to have a safety operating cage due to its high speed and high payload capabilities, which make it specifically dangerous.

Read MOTOMAN-CSDA10D/CSDA10F INSTRUCTIONS

Before operating the robot, the operator has to read this instruction manual provided with the robot, which has a complete set of safety recommendations labeled in different levels of importance/danger as shown in the image below, please pay attention to all classes of recommendations.

Emergency stop while operating

In case of emergency on the teach pendant there is a emergency stop button (red button shown in the image above) which will cut-off servo power when press, before and during robot operation it is highly recommended that the operator has this button close to the hand, specially since in remote mode operation the back pedal of the pendant will not function as safety button, and the emergency stop button becomes the only way of stopping the robot quickly.
