Added 2 more cwl test for virsorter to cover this case and to avoid regressions in the future. We need to port the tests to nextflow.. not sure how yet.

This PR is a remained for us to release a new vrseion. I'm going to be away for a ~3 weeks. @hoelzer Feel free to make a new release if needed.
This one would be a nextflow release, I still need to patch the CWL version of the pipeline.
