This release mostly contains stability and cosmetic improvements to the EMSphInxEBSD GUI

-improved documentation and migrated to readthedocs
-corrected bug in ang writing
-corrected bug where namelist parameters were incorrectly listed as unused
-update SHT file version from 1.0 to 1.1 and updating filtering accordingly
-added ability to compute an IQ map
-switched gui to use indexing frame as main window + launch wizard
-added ability to import/export namelist files from gui
-expose some functionality in utility programs to gui (mp2sht, sht2png, and sht_wisdom)
