LAN Release Fix - 1.18.2

Once again just like the other release except its pointing to the 1.19.2 branch

This release fixes an issue with how things are saved in singleplayer. If you miss your single player placements after updating follow this guide from the README:

move the file `placements.json` from `%minecraft_folder%/config/syncmatica/placements.json` to 
`%minecraft_folder%/saves/%minecraft_world%/syncmatica`. If the folder doesn't exist yet just create it. 
When you start minecraft afterwards your syncmatica placements should be back.

As always 1.16.5 for 1.16.x - 1.17.x
And 1.18.2 for 1.18.x - 1.19.x
